Do you have a hall, if not can you recommend one?

I do have a space that can accommodates up to 50 people. I also have a list of a dozen or so locations in the metro area.

How much?

Depending on what type of service (buffet or plated), what kind of food, how many courses(plated) or offerings (buffet). What is their budget? These are questions that I ask to help them estimate their catering needs.

What are my menu options, would you serve a dish from my family's cook book?

I am very flexible. If you want a ethnic theme. If your family haves a favorite recipe and you want me to prepare it. There are few limitations.

Can we get a tasting of the final menu and can I make changes at that time?

Tasting dinners are included in parties of a 100 people or more. We will come up with a narrowed down menu and set a date and time to enjoy. There usually is no problem with changing an item if after the tasting you are having second opinions. Tasting dinners can be accommodated for smaller parties with a fee.

Do you handle rentals, if not - who would you recommend?

Rentals are done through AAA Rents. I can handle ordering for additional charge. I do recommend that if you want a specific look to plates and other items, please contact AAA yourself to set up a consultation. Disposables are available from $.50 to $2.00 a person depending on how much is required

Do you have waitresses and bartenders, can you coordinate this service AND cost for me?

Wait staff and bartenders are primarily arranged through me. They get $13 an hour at a 4 hour minimum. Buffet style needs to have a minimum of one staff for every 30-40 guests. Plated events need a minimum of one staff for every 15-20 guests. How many bartenders that are needed depends on the type of bar service and how many guests. Tipping is at the discretion of the Client.

Do you handle the liquor, what is your wine recommendation for my meal choices?

I can arrange for all beverages required. You will be billed by the supplier of the liquor. There is a additional fee for handling the ordering. I can match to a multiple course meal or just suggest a duo of wines for the meal. Of course budget plays a big part of what I can suggest.
